Established on Oct 19th, 1995, ISUZU Viet Nam Co., Ltd (IVC) is a Japan-Vietnam joint venture automotive company specialized in assembling & distributing commercial vehicles & light commercial vehicles includes light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, heavy duty trucks, bus chassis as well as pick-up and SUV.
In 2022, ISUZU Vietnam officially launched new ISUZU Master Truck product lines Euro 5 – GREEN POWER – is the newest upgraded version of Common Rail Technology, complying with Government’s roadmap on emission standard in Vietnam, contributing to environmental protection and the sustainable development of society.

3. Job Description
– End-User Support
+ Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, user accounts, and business applications
+ Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues; escalate complex issues when necessary
+ Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including device preparation and system access setup
– IT Device & Asset Management
+ Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.)
+ Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking, allocation, and lifecycle management
+ Manage and maintain office equipment (photocopiers, printers) and coordinate with vendors
– System & Access Administration
+ Manage user accounts and access rights in accordance with company policies
+ Administer AWMS system access, including user creation, role assignment, and permission management
– System Operation Support
+ Support basic operation, monitoring, and routine maintenance of the AWMS server
+ Assist in routine IT operations and basic system maintenance tasks
– Request Handling & Documentation
+ Receive and handle IT support requests on a case-by-case basis, ensuring timely response and proper follow-up
+ Record and track issues manually where applicable to maintain visibility and continuity
+ Making documentation for use
+ Consulting and advising on system safety and security issues
4. Job Requirements
– Education: University
– Major in Information Technology/Electronics – Telecommunications or related fields
– 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role
– Basic English communication skill
– Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration)
– Basic knowledge of server operation and monitoring (e.g., Windows Server, file server, or application servers)
– Experience in user account management (Active Directory, Entra or similar systems)
– Basic understanding of computer hardware (PC, laptop, printer, photocopier) and troubleshooting
– Basic skills in IT asset management and documentation
